How It Works

Booking with Vegas X Pass is simple. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

Browse & Select Your Experience

Explore our curated selection of Las Vegas shows, attractions, nightlife, dining, and events. Find what excites you and click to reserve.

Submit Your Reservation Request

Fill in your details and complete payment. This submits a reservation request — your spot is held while we verify availability with our venue partners.

A Vegas X Pass Agent Contacts You

Within 24–48 business hours, one of our agents will reach out by phone, email, or text to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

Receive Your Written Confirmation

Once confirmed, you’ll receive a written booking confirmation with all your event details. Your booking is official only at this point.

Show Up & Enjoy!

Bring your confirmation to the venue on the day of your event. Our team is available if anything comes up before or on the day of your experience.

 

 

Important to Know

  Your payment is a reservation request, not a confirmed booking.

  Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation from us.

  If we cannot confirm your booking, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

I submitted a reservation — what happens next?

A Vegas X Pass agent will contact you within 24–48 business hours to confirm availability and finalize your booking. Make sure your phone and email are correct so we can reach you.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a written confirmation (via email) from Vegas X Pass once your booking has been verified and finalized with the venue. Until you receive this, your booking is pending.

What if I haven’t heard from an agent within 48 hours?

Please email us at social@vegasxpass.com with your name and reservation details. We’ll follow up right away.

What if my booking can’t be confirmed?

If we’re unable to confirm your reservation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We’ll notify you as soon as we know.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, in most cases. Cancellation and modification policies depend on the event type and how far in advance you request changes. Email social@vegasxpass.com or contact your agent directly. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Is Vegas X Pass the venue or event operator?

No. Vegas X Pass is a third-party booking platform. We connect you with independent venues, shows, and event operators in Las Vegas. Questions specific to a venue should be directed to our team and we’ll coordinate on your behalf.

What if something goes wrong on the day of my event?

Contact us immediately at social@vegasxpass.com. Our team is available 7 days a week and will do everything we can to assist you.
